The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

The debut release from one of the better clandestine atmospheric black metal projects around. The performance and sound on ‘Aftermath’ is not as polished or dynamic as his future releases, however it is still a solid presentation. 7/10 RJ

Really enjoy the positive and hopeful vibe, the nature themes, the clean vocals, and the all the different melodies, from the lighter to the heavier and more intense. It all fits together really well. All these things combined are really rare to find.
